Dales Dairies is a milk producer, processor and distribution business based at Grassington, Skipton, in the Yorkshire Dales. This runs alongside a working dairy farm.
The local farming community plays a key part in their milk supply. Over 95% of their milk is sourced direct from local farms and comply with national farm assured quality standards.
Their family business is based in the heart of Yorkshire.
They're proud of their Yorkshire roots and believe that fresh cut herbs and salads from Yorkshire are the best quality, delivering great taste for our customers that really desire fresh flavour and quality.
From farm to fork… they grow, cut, wash, chop, pack and deliver to ensure full traceability from their farm in North Yorkshire within a 12 hour turnaround of harvesting.
The Spilman Farming team consists of husband and wife Richard and Sally, along with two of their three sons, Tom and Joss.
They now collectively farm 700 acres, 600 as tenants at Lodge Farm, Helperby, N Yorks, where they grow asparagus, and 100 acres that they own at Church Farm, Sessay where they grow soft fruits, pumpkins and rear their own lamb and beef. They also have a farm shop, café and play barn.
B & F Potatoes, An independent, family owned and operated business, B&F Potatoes was founded in 1993 by local farmers Steve & John Bannister and Mike & Tim Field. Starting out small, supplying to local markets with quality potatoes grown on around 50 acres, the business grew quickly and we began to farm more land.
Located near Malton, North Yorkshire. B&F Potatoes stock some of the best potatoes out there.
